My name is Sibel, and my journey in the trucking industry began long before Blueway Services existed. I grew up in a trucking family. My father spent 25 years on the road as a truck driver and before that he was a well-known mechanic. He was respected in both communities, and through him I learned the values of hard work, resilience, and doing things the right way.

After starting college, I found myself two years in and still unsure of what I wanted to major in. Instead of continuing without direction, I chose to take a year off from school, but not from personal growth. During that time, I earned my CDL and joined my father on the road. Driving alongside him gave me firsthand experience in the lifestyle, the challenges, and the dedication this industry requires.

After a year on the road, I returned to college with a clearer purpose and completed my bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Shortly after graduating, I began working at my cousin’s trucking company, which was just getting started. I worked tirelessly to learn every aspect of the business. I handled dispatching, accounts receivable, accounts payable, safety, permits, compliance, and day-to-day operations. As the company grew, my skills and passion for supporting carriers grew as well.

Years later, with extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry, I decided to focus on what I loved most. I wanted to help other trucking companies succeed. That is how Blueway Services was born.

This industry is tough. The rules constantly change, the paperwork piles up, and staying compliant can easily become overwhelming. I have lived it on the road and in the office. I understand the pressure from every angle. Now I am here to make it easier for others.

Blueway Services exists because I know what truckers go through, and I am committed to helping them succeed, one permit, one filing, and one company at a time.
